Front End Engineer, Amazon Connect Customer Profiles

Do you have a passion for innovating and building world-class customer-facing user interfaces? We are looking for passionate and talented Front-end Engineers to join us to innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud. Key job responsibilities include: Solve front-end engineering problems, applying appropriate technologies, UX patterns and best practices. Use common user interface design patterns to decrease friction between the customer and software. Instrument software with real user metrics to provide data and protect the customer experience. Proficient with debugging, profiling, and analysis tools used to support front-end applications Focus on operational excellence, constructively identifying problems and proposing solutions A day in the life includes participating in bi-weekly sprint planning, attending daily standups with the team, and communicating weekly on project statuses.
