to join our growing Food Safety team at

What you’ll do: You have passion and flare in using the best ingredients, producing everything from baking traditional confectionary to assisting in managing the daily preparation and production of all pastry food while working as part of a dynamic and lively team. You have experience gained in various pastry kitchens along with excellent communication skills. You make things happen and exceed expectations while you will become a positive ambassador for DO&CO. Responsibilities: Prepares implements and inspects the locations Standard Operation Procedures and maintains the facilities, food assembly, HACCP lines, follows up with all key managers to ensure all areas are covered and key personnel are trained properly. Reviews and updates HACCP documentation, systems, and procedures. Investigates and reviews HACCP non-compliance. Completes regular quality control assessments and corresponding reports. Audits the facility for; GMP, foreign objects, hygiene, and HACCP and reports back to the operations findings with recommended corrective actions. Records all complaints, findings, corrective actions, etc. Finds areas of trends using analytic methods. Investigates results of microbiological testing, communicates findings, creates corrective action Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Hygiene, Food Safety experience preferably in a food manufacturing site Bachelor´s Degree Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Basic or Applied Science, Environmental Science, or any other related subject.
