The Opportunity Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager of Performance Optimization to join the Americas Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial and operational performance across the Americas Classics and Luxury portfolios. You will leverage expertise in model building, data analysis, and performance assessment to identify opportunities, develop actionable improvement plans, and instill accountability across corporate and field teams. In partnership with senior leadership, you will align strategies with cross functional Performance Optimization teams, ensuring consistency, integration, and the broad adoption of performance-enhancing initiatives. The Role The Senior Manager of Performance Optimization will be responsible for driving financial and operational performance across the Americas Classic and Luxury portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in model building, data analysis, and performance assessment to identify opportunities, develop and work with the properties to implement actionable improvement plans, and instill accountability across corporate and field teams. Key responsibilities include: Build, refine, and maintain advanced financial and operational models to evaluate hotel performance Analyze large and complex datasets to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership, field teams, and property teams Partner with divisional stakeholders to prioritize key focus hotels and strategic initiatives Develop structured opportunity action plans, ensuring alignment with broader Americas strategic goals Requirements 7+ years of experience in a similar field, industry, or equivalent business/function role Proficient in technology, with strong financial systems experience, including Hyperion/Essbase and Excel advanced proficiency Strong PC skills, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint Embodies agile behaviors, with the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds Service-oriented, with professional presentation skills and effective training ability What We Offer We welcome you to apply, even if you don’t check every box.
