NCCRM is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) to join our growing team of fertility specialists. At NCCRM, fellows will have the unique opportunity to train under Dr. Sameh Toma, a leader in reproductive surgery with expertise in tubal ligation reversal, laparoscopic excision surgery for endometriosis, hysteroscopic surgery, and complex pelvic and vaginal procedures. With our in-house operating suite, new physicians will gain hands-on surgical experience in a high-volume, advanced reproductive practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to refine surgical skills while working alongside a respected expert in the field. Our state-of-the-art embryology and andrology lab supports a full range of reproductive treatments, including IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, and embryo freezing. Our advanced technology enables us to provide high-quality reproductive care, thereby enhancing patient outcomes and expanding treatment options.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive fertility evaluations and treatment planning for patients and couples, ensuring personalized care and support tailored to their specific needs.
Perform reproductive endocrinology and infertility procedures, including:
IVF case management, egg retrievals, and embryo transfer Tubal anastemosis surgeries Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, and other minimally invasive procedures IUI, ovulation induction, and other assisted reproductive techniques
Manage patient care for fertility preservation, donor programs, and hormonal/reproductive disorders. Interpret diagnostic tests (ultrasounds, labs, HSGs, sonohysterograms, etc.) and counsel patients accordingly. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including embryologists, physician assistants, nurses, and administrative staff. Participate in research initiatives, clinical studies, and continuous quality improvement. Contribute to patient education, outreach, and marketing initiatives (webinars, support groups, community events). Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, SART, and other relevant regulatory guidelines. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI). Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN and REI. Active or eligible for a North Carolina medical license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach. Desire to contribute to a collaborative clinical team and participate in ongoing program growth.
