Responsibilities

• Overnight Stockers work in several different areas of the store, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments.
• Stock shelves, fill the frozen foods bins, and help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move product to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old, dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with customers.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5" to 34", for up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes with the business needs.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Pay range

The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $21.75 per hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
