We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Powertrain Department team. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and financial tracking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support new hire setup, onboarding, and departmental personnel needs
- Manage departmental organization charts, evacuation lists, and assist in admin training
- Coordinate and track budgets (Direct, Indirect/Operating, and Capex) including requisitions, PO’s, vendor invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit accruals, budget corrections, and capital project tracking
- Arrange meetings, events, travel, and department activities
- Provide general administrative support including office supply management, visitor coordination, and knowledge capture activities
- Collaborate across teams and divisions to support operations and special projects
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of general office/administrative support experience
- Advanced skills in MS Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- SAP/Ariba knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong accounting/financial acumen is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
