We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is a true jack of all trades position that will provide critical support across IT, administration, and HR. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys learning new systems, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our North Austin office.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our IT department and firmwide technology needs.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide organizational, technical, and administrative support to the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics for team leaders.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records (contracts, assets, files).
  • Support office operations, including supplies, vendors, and general coordination.
  • Assist HR with onboarding paperwork, employee communications, and event coordination.
  • Help schedule interviews and support recruitment logistics.

IT & Operations Support

  • Assist with onboarding employees with hardware setup and account provisioning.
  • Track software licenses and user access lists.
  • Maintain IT inventory records and warranties.
  • Help monitor IT service requests and route to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field).
  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role (experience in IT or technology-focused departments is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Comfortable maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000- $75,000 (salary commensurate with experience)
