Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support to an individual, team, department, or program. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and responding to inquiries. Prepare documents such as agendas, reports, flyers, and promotional materials. Maintain and update websites, databases, and mailing lists to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Support the preparation of reports and other key administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, arrange travel, and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare documents such as agendas, reports, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update websites, databases, and mailing lists to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the preparation of reports and other key administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma/GED
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
Skills Needed
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
- Computer and related software skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.
- Typing, drafting, filing, data entry, proofreading and edit skills.
- Ability to identify routine problems and implement or recommend solutions.
