Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Receptionist to support one of our clients in Sacramento. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a front office setting and providing excellent customer service.
Location and Compensation
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep the front office area organized and professional
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional and reliable
