Patient Load & Flow:

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted IN State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS
