Southern Industries Home Improvement is looking for a People Operations Recruiter to help us grow our team and make a real impact!

What You’ll Do

• Be on the front lines of our hiring process, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring subcontractors and full-time employees (both W2 and 1099).
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with the People Operations Manager.
• Lead the interview process and ensure new hires start smoothly.
• Actively mine for talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Occasional travel to locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama for on-site recruiting efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience, especially with subcontractor and W2 roles.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
