Overview

Insight Global is looking for a contract Recruiter to join one of our top FinTech clients. You\'ll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will be 5 days/week in-office.

What You\'ll Do

• Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess top sales talent.
• Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts.
• Maintain a core KPI of 4 hires per month.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
