Mosaic Service Partners is a newly formed home services aggregator strategy backed by Alpine Investor’s 9th fund, which has over $4.5 billion of committed capital. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in helping build the talent function of a company with a clear mandate to scale to over $500 million in revenue within the next five years.
Mosaic Service Partners is seeking to be the market-leading business in its specific vertical, building on Alpine’s existing success elsewhere in residential services. The goal of Mosaic Service Partners is to help drive growth at its operating companies by providing support resources across talent, sales and marketing, finance, HR, etc. while still empowering local leaders to make the right decisions for their business and people.
Opportunity Overview
As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for upholding Mosaic’s high talent bar as we experience exponential growth. This person will lead talent sourcing efforts, own interview coordinating, and partner closely with our leadership team at the Brand Partner level.
What You’ll Do With Us
- Partner with hiring managers to create and act on top of funnel sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and techniques
- Create thoughtful outreach messaging to attract top talent
- Own interview coordination for your specific roles
- Develop a deep understanding of Mosaic’s platform, mission and values, as well as able to communicate effectively to candidates
- Provide a world class candidate experience
- Maintain organized and accurate metrics related to talent acquisition
- Effectively lead and contribute to broader company initiatives
What Will Set You Apart
- 2+ years’ experience sourcing talent pipelines, creating top of funnel strategies, and coordinating interview schedules
- Demonstrated success in sourcing talent pipelines and creating top of funnel talent engagement strategies
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to hire the best talent
- Experience hiring talent at a high growth start up
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of talent and recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing talent pipeline experience specifically for sales roles
- Proven track record scaling multi-site or multi-region field service businesses
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to hire the best talent
- Experience hiring talent at a high growth start up
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and Greenhouse
- High EQ and people leadership skills; experience building high-performing, values-aligned teams
Travel and Location:
- This office location is in Washington, DC – HQ is in Van Ness and is metro accessible
- We have a hybrid schedule, in office 3 days a week
