Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Trustpoint is proud to partner with a growing Legal Services Provider in their search for a Legal Recruiter. This is a direct hire opportunity with an anticipated start date of October 6th and will sit in the firm's Newark office. Successful candidates will have 2-5 years' experience recruiting in a professional services, legal services or law firm environment. High volume experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand staffing needs across the organization
- Recruit for a variety of roles including Case Managers, Intake Specialists, Data Entry, Paralegals, and Attorneys
- Draft job descriptions and manage job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct pre-screen interviews and evaluate candidates for required skills and experience
- Coordinate onboarding processes and hiring logistics to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain staffing levels and provide ongoing support for hiring needs as the organization grows
- Collaborate with law firms and external partners to address staffing requirements
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within professional services or legal services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates for both legal and administrative roles
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented; ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
