International company is seeking a HR Specialist on consulting basis. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Human Resources functions, with a focus on HR systems, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role will also assist with internal communications and event-related tasks to ensure the success of HR programs and company-wide initiatives. This position is best suited for an HR professional who is comfortable managing core HR responsibilities while handling occasional communications and administrative assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and provide support for HR systems, including UKG and SuccessFactors, and coordinate with the HR team on system-related issues.

  • Manage training programs through the Learning Management System (LMS), including assignments, tracking, and reporting.

  • Coordinate and monitor periodic cybersecurity training.

  • Launch and track performance management and goal-setting processes.

  • Provide support for HR-related meetings and events, including scheduling, presentations, and logistics.

  • Maintain and update HR content on platforms.

  • Assist in preparing materials for company meetings and events (e.g., presentations, business cards, name tags).

  • Support HR communications and employee engagement initiatives, including ESG/SDG-related activities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.

  • Familiarity with UKG, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/LMS tools preferred.

  • Some exposure to communications or administrative work is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong HR knowledge and experience with training, HR systems, and performance management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
