HR & Administrative Specialist
We’re seeking an organized and people-focused HR & Administrative Specialist to support our growing team. This dual-role position combines human resources responsibilities with office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.
Base Pay Range
$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, employee questions, and workplace support.
- Lead recruitment efforts: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
- Manage attendance, timekeeping, and leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Administer benefits, training, employee recognition, safety, and wellness programs.
- Support employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, event planning, vendor coordination, and office management.
- Assist with audits, regulatory compliance (OSHA, EEO), and special projects.
- Help build culture through engagement activities and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years HR experience (manufacturing/industrial setting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.).
- PHR or SHRM-CP a plus.
