Our client is a private, family-owned organization. They are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team in support of the company President. The position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.Who You Are
- Executive Personal Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in supporting senior leaders
- Skilled communicator who handles sensitive matters with discretion and grace
- Comfortable managing both personal and professional tasks
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies – CRM experience, a plus!
- Serve as the primary support for the President, managing schedules, travel, and daily logistics
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications, handling calls and emails with professionalism
- Oversee office operations including supplies, guest reception, and general upkeep
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Manage confidential documents and information with discretion
- Support both business and personal initiatives, including errands, household coordination, and vendor management
- Liaise with external partners such as attorneys, accountants, and investment professionals
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access and organization
- Occasionally assist other senior staff or family members as needed
- The President’s day flows seamlessly, with all logistics handled proactively
- Communications are managed with clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Meetings and events are executed flawlessly, with all materials and follow-ups in place
- Personal and professional responsibilities are balanced with efficiency and care
- The office environment is welcoming, well-stocked, and smoothly run
