Overview

Delivery Driver role at Genuine Parts Company for the NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division. This is a full-time opportunity intended for individuals who want to work outside the office, delivering parts and serving customers on the road.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships.
• Picking up parts from multiple vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory.
• Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend to reach floor-level shelves and up to eight feet with stools or ladders when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for a full shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and returns correctly.
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups.
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.

This position offers an hourly pay of $17.75. Pay progression is available for many hourly positions, with potential progression to the top of the range within 12 months of hire. Starting pay for other positions is determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
