Job Title: Production Assistant @ Leading Street Fashion Brand

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

We are a leading streetwear / contemporary fashion brand seeking a Production Assistant to support our production and development processes.

Must Have Experience Working in a Fashion Production Department.

As a Production Assistant, you will collaborate with our design team and factories to assist with sample development, communicate revisions, manage materials, and help execute key production activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production or development
• Experience in the mens streetwear market is a major plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with fashion ERP systems is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with sending tech packs and sample requests to factories
• Help facilitate sourcing and costing with vendors
• Maintain and update weekly WIP reports to track development
• Input and manage styles in ERP system
• Collaborate with design team to relay sample comments to factories
• Coordinate ordering of salesperson samples
• Support negotiations and communications with factories
• Help issue purchase orders, order trims, and manage production materials
• Track production progress and update the T&A calendar
