Hello There Collective is a performance-driven influencer, content, and social commerce agency. We produce creative assets for some of today’s most exciting brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team and support across pre- and post-production.

Role Overview:

As a Production Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our shoots and content productions run seamlessly. You’ll support our production team with logistics, coordination, and hands-on tasks from prep through wrap. This is a paid role with growth opportunities for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-production logistics including sourcing models, coordinating talent, and organizing props/wardrobe.
• Draft and distribute call sheets to talent, crew, and clients.
• Support with shipping/receiving client product and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage post-production needs, including handling returns, organizing inventory, and coordinating product storage.
• Track production budgets, receipts, and expenses as directed.
• Maintain production calendars and project documents.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in production, events, or creative industries is a plus.
