Puffco is hiring: Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative with strong organizational and detail-orientation skills who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The Customer Service Representative will facilitate Puffco's relationship with our customers by addressing queries and complaints across various communication channels. You will fit right in if you love connecting with customers, learning about our products, and providing best-in-class customer support. This role is based in Downtown Los Angeles and requires occasional in-office work at our LA HQ.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Basic product troubleshooting.
• Processing warranty requests with customer follow up.
• Provide exceptional customer service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years experience in customer service, customer support.
• Experience providing customer service via support ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Shopify).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and be detail oriented.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
• History of building and managing client relationships.
• Self-directed with minimal oversight.
• Appreciation and enthusiasm for cannabis culture.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
