Overview

Recruiting Coordinator (hybrid, contract) – Atlanta, GA. Hybrid role (three days on-site per week) for six months with potential to extend or convert for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly.
• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews (if applicable) using tools like Greenhouse.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience.
• Must live in or near Atlanta, Georgia.
• Experience working for a tech start-up.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Able to schedule 100 interviews a week.
• Must be able to come into mid-town Atlanta three days a week.
