What You'll Do

  • Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods.
  • Optimize workflow, workforce utilization, and production layouts for maximum efficiency.
  • Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to support key business decisions.
  • Communicate manufacturing capabilities, schedules, and process improvements.
  • Work with vendors to determine product specifications, tooling, and material needs.
  • Oversee technical upgrades, equipment installations, and tooling implementations.
  • Ensure all health and safety reviews are completed for new or modified equipment.
  • Travel as needed for business purposes.

What We're Looking For

MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE USA WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE. THIS IS AN ITAR FACILITY.

Minimum Requirements: 2-4 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (Lean Manufacturing preferred). Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication. Knowledge of repetitive and build-to-suit manufacturing methodologies. Experience managing projects and technical upgrades. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available). No relocation assistance - local candidates preferred.
