Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

What We Need

• We need a Forklift Operator responsible for operating and maneuvering forklifts throughout our facilities.

What You Will Do

• Operate a sit-down forklift and use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
• Perform cycle counts as required
• Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped
• Unload inbound material, inspect for damage and compare to packing lists
• Label and stage material for QA sampling and storage put away
• Inspect and perform forklift checklist for required equipment
• Help identify safety hazards in the workplace
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming finished goods

What You Need

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of experience operating a forklift
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified by Chelten House
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in shared forklift-pedestrian work areas
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to complete neat and accurate paperwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift or equipment use required for heavier items)
