Overview

Jackson Creek Dental is seeking a talented Dental Hygienist to join our team and help maintain our commitment to quality dental care. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Operating Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Your Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation: Hourly rate + uncapped Hygiene Excellence Bonus and/or quarterly bonus potential (up to $700). We provide daily, uncapped opportunities to increase earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive oral care, from preventive treatments to addressing infections and diseases.
• Record and plan detailed treatments, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and ADA-compliant planning.
• Administer specialized procedures and maintain up-to-date certifications including RDH, CPR, and X-ray.

Qualifications

• Required: RDH licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
