Details and Compensation

• Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $22.77/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | D Shift – Rotating days 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM for 2–4 weeks

Summary and Highlights

The Production Operator will perform routine manufacturing and packaging functions under general supervision while supporting team goals and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO9000 standards.
• Support team objectives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures while making decisions within role requirements.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours with reliable, punctual attendance.
• Willingness to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
