Key Details

• Position: Production Operator
• Reports To: Production Manager
• Starting Pay: $16.95 per hour, with increases available upon completion of certifications.
• Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM
• Initial: First day begins at 9:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production of a quality product and perform manufacturing operations with 100% quality inspection per workstation and quality work instructions.
• Fill out all manufacturing documents (logs, control charts, labels, etc.) in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
• Obtain packing supplies and make boxes; pack conforming manufactured products in boxes with appropriate labeling and traceability.
• Respect schedules and time allowed as determined by the team leader.
• Inform the team leader of any problems encountered (quality, quantity, means, personnel).
• Perform second inspection and rework as needed.
• Perform cleaning of molds, machines, and housekeeping in the surrounding area.
• Utilize PPE as required.
• Communicate within shifts and other departments as directed by the workplan.
