Overview

Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards and provide related customer service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance; good human relations and verbal communication skills; neat appearance due to customer contact; must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the FMCSA regulations; medical exam required per FMCSA/FAA regulations; non-covered safety-sensitive position; must be at least 21 years of age; ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and official inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and have had a valid driver's license for the previous three-year period.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: Hourly Range $21.24 - $32.19
• Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:35am - 6pm
