Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Scarborough, Maine. Job Details

Location: Facility in Scarborough, Maine

Employment type: Travel assignment (13 weeks)

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance (repositioning, transfers, ambulation support)
• Assist with feeding and meal assistance as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent CNA experience
• Valid CNA registration in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements

• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions; PC skills
• Physical ability to remain stationary and move equipment (50-100 lbs), push/pull, and bend

• Technical/motor skills for procedural assistance and equipment use
• Mental resilience to manage deadlines, irregular schedules, and high-pressure situations
• Sensory: visual acuity and effective communication
