Fusion Medical Staffing is hiring: Travel CNA in Dexter

Overview

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Dexter, Maine. You will provide direct patient care and support to the nursing team, delivering quality care and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Assist patients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including repositioning, transfers, and ambulation support
• Assist with feeding and meal support as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Document care, observations, and changes in condition accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

Qualifications

• Required: One year of recent CNA experience
• Valid CNA registration in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; PC skills
• Physical ability to stand, move, lift 50-100 lbs, push/pull, and bend

• Mental ability to work under pressure, handle irregular schedules, and maintain attention to detail
• Visual acuity for patient care monitoring
