Job Title: Product Design Coordinator

Location: Onsite – Monday to Friday at 3030 Maingate Lane, Kissimmee, FL, 34747

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Contract (Non-Exempt – OT eligible upon approval)

Pay Rate: $25 – $33/hour (Depending on Experience)

12 months contract with possibility for extension.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Design Coordinator to support the product operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and strong coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, effective communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and project timelines.
• Build and maintain product decks and presentation materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project execution and design reviews.
• Assist with the preparation of materials related to branded content and product concepts.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure details are accurate and presentations are visually aligned with brand standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level welcome).
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of major entertainment brands and characters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Must be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or education in design (graphic, industrial, toy, or print design).
• Strong layout and visual composition skills.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (a plus).
