Base pay range

$42.00/hr - $47.85/hr

Job Title: Human Resources Consultant for MVP Program

Location: Beaverton OR – (4:1 Schedule), Friday remote

Duration: 10+ Months

Rate Range: $42 – 47.85/hr on W2 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent reviews and planning sessions with rotation managers and/or senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment, effective development and seamless transition of talent into suitable rotations and full time roles
  • Gather feedback from MVP talent (both formal and informal) and use feedback to make informed decisions about future rotations and improvements to the program.
  • Lead recruitment selection process, including attending events, interviewer selection and training, post-interview calibrations, determining candidate journey, pre-interview networking and sell day selection and prep.
  • Partner with BHR Partner to confirm Intern/Recruiting budget, secure FT headcount conversion numbers, secure Intern headcount numbers, FT conversion placement.
  • Participate in first round of intern interviews as consistent interviewer throughout the interview process.
  • Work with UR Directors & HRBPs to drive consistent, competitive comp package for Interns and FT conversions
  • Manage team of volunteers across recruiting events, match volunteers to events, and project managing against key deadlines
  • Participate in recruiting events, conduct interviews, calibrate and determine intern offers.
  • Identify MVP for each rotation to schedule key programmatic events.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, facilitate coaching sessions, and address challenges/concerns that arise.
  • Participate in recruitment events and manage team of volunteers across recruiting events, match volunteers to events, and project managing against key deadlines
  • Align MVP Mentors and Managers to MVP talent, ensuring top talent is aligned to top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience in human resources, talent acquisition and/or recruitment
  • Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, keynote programs.
  • Some exposure to Workday a nice to have.
  • Program management experience within HR realm is a plus
