Compensation and Schedule

Hourly Wage: $21.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour. ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status.

Work Hours: Mon - Fri + Weekends, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Key Purpose

Welcome all guests and ensure they feel cared for. Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas) and ready-to-eat foods (pastries, muffins, biscotti, bagels at breakfast; sandwiches and salads at lunch). Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude toward guests.

Key Accountabilities

• Set up all equipment needed and maintain clean work areas.
• Prepare or serve beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas).
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products; operate cash register and self-service kiosks.
• Maintain product inventory, restock and rotate products; label and display items attractively.
• Greet guests, provide outstanding hospitality, and follow safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Ensure HACCP procedures for safe temperature control.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
