Sales Call Center Agent (German-speaking)
We are looking for a Sales Agent (German-speaking) to join our Call Center team. This role involves contacting potential customers to introduce our products or services, understanding customer needs, providing information and pricing, and working toward sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain our products or services
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend tailored solutions
- Provide accurate information and pricing to close sales and achieve sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to address customer queries and objections
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team sales goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections
