Overview

Randstad in partnership with a medical facility is seeking HR Customer Service Representatives supporting the Altamonte Springs facility. This role is the first point of contact for employees in the HR Contact Center, providing initial analysis, direction, and resolution for HR-related questions and issues. The Representative handles high-volume inbound inquiries and specializes in areas like payroll, benefits, and employee data management. The primary focus is on efficient, accurate, and confidential problem-solving for issues of moderate complexity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned HR functional areas.
  • Support a high volume of inbound inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service and resolution skills.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex employee issues using documented procedures, policies, and practices.
  • Accurately document discussions, transactions, and case status utilizing system tools.
  • Escalate requests outside of scope to HR Specialist or Supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and comply with all security protocols.
  • Maintain current knowledge of organization HR policies and relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Contact Center or Human Resources team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluctuating environment and quickly adapt to customer needs.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (PeopleSoft highly desired).
  • Experience in a shared services model supporting a large employer.
