Randstad USA is hiring: Call Center Representative in Phoenix

Overview

Do you have 6 months to 1 year of RECENT Call Center Experience? Are you completely comfortable with $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis? Can you start in 1-2 weeks? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Important NOTE: This is in office in Phoenix, not remote.

Salary and Schedule

Salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
• Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
• Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Maintain the highest level of customer service

Essential Functions

• working in a smoke free environment

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or GED
• 1 year of RECENT call center experience
• Computer literate
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter
