Job Title: IT Support Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive desktop and hardware support within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of devices and systems used across production lines and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site support for desktop computers, peripherals, and hardware throughout the facility
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and mobile RF devices for both production and office staff
  • Provide technical assistance for computers, phones, printers, and industrial printing equipment
  • Support and maintain network servers and user accounts
  • Perform break/fix troubleshooting for network, server, and end-user devices
  • Track and manage hardware inventory and coordinate e-waste disposal
  • Offer support for Windows-based systems and ensure uptime of production-critical devices
  • Reset wireless access points and assist with basic network diagnostics
  • Re-image computers as needed and follow safety protocols for elevated workspaces
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, high-demand environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular use of computer equipment
  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), crawling, and stooping to install or inspect hardware
  • Ability to climb ladders (up to 25 feet) and navigate elevated walkways while carrying equipment
  • Must complete ladder safety training

Preferred Skills:

  • Desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Printer and peripheral maintenance
  • Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches)
  • Experience with Windows operating systems

Experience Level: Entry-level candidates are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided, with potential for advancement into a lead role.

Pay And Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
