About the Role: We're looking for a versatile and self-driven Desktop Support Engineer to join our team onsite in Draper, Utah. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole IT presence at the location, so we're seeking someone who thrives in a "wear-many-hats" environment and enjoys working independently while still being part of a larger support team.
You'll be backed by our shared services Desktop Engineering team, but your day-to-day will require autonomy, initiative, and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop support, including walk-up service
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments
- Manage support tickets, primarily involving M365, hardware, and OS-level issues
- Collaborate with remote team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through
Top Skills:
- Strong customer service attitude
- Experience with M365
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain a 6C Public Trust Clearance
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
