Overview

Desktop Support Engineer onsite in Draper, Utah. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole IT presence at the location, thriving in a "wear-many-hats" environment while being part of a larger support team. You will be backed by our shared services Desktop Engineering team, but your day-to-day will require autonomy, initiative, and a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support, including walk-up service
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments
• Manage support tickets, primarily involving M365, hardware, and OS-level issues
• Collaborate with remote team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through

Top Skills / Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude
• Experience with M365
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to obtain a 6C Public Trust Clearance

Pay and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
