Are you passionate about food safety and looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing teams to uphold the Kellanova Food Safety Plan. Your expertise will help ensure the quality and safety of our core products produced at the Cincinnati Bakery. This position is based onsite at our Cincinnati, OH plant, with a work schedule of Monday-Thursday from 2pm to 12am (midnight). In collaboration with the Quality and Food Safety team as well as operational leaders, you'll help us maintain high standards and lead various food safety initiatives. We offer a supportive environment with many opportunities for growth and development. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing: Quality Control:

Provide on-shift guidance for all aspects of quality and food safety, including verifying Certificates of Analyses (COA) for incoming raw materials and packaging. You'll respond to food safety incidents, review Critical Control Points, and manage the environmental monitoring program. Audit Ready & Safety Driven:

Conduct food safety and security audits while proactively identifying hazards and areas for improvement. You’ll perform daily product evaluations and provide employee training in food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs, communicating any deficiencies effectively. Cross-Functional Support:

Utilize your teamwork skills to support plant projects involving new equipment and products. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of critical pre-requisite programs as an Internal Auditor. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to learning and growth. We're Looking for Someone With: High School diploma/GED with food manufacturing experience. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft software applications. A collaborative spirit suited for a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food safety, microbiology, or quality assurance. Experience with SAP is a plus. Compensation:

The annual salary range is $47,520 - $62,370, influenced by location, experience, and skill, plus discretionary bonuses based on performance. What's Next:
