Rate of Pay
Starting at $25.50 per hour, with additional compensation for relevant work experience.

Job Summary:
As a Reach Truck Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient replenishment of empty bin locations while managing inbound products effectively. You will ensure that all products are stocked accurately and are readily available for picking.
Key Responsibilities:
Put away all products following inventory control guidelines.
Remove shrink wrap from pallets once they are placed in their designated bin locations.
Wrap pallets securely, check their condition, and stack them safely for storage.
Report any damage or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and repair dock and facility areas as necessary.
Adhere to all food safety, housekeeping, and other applicable standards.
Replenish empty pick bins as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or technical education is a plus.
Warehouse experience is preferred and experience with reach trucks is required.
Ability to pass an operational fork truck test with a score of 80% or higher.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Basic math skills to verify pallet heights and counts, as well as identify pallet ID numbers.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Able to work at elevated heights while wearing required personal protective equipment.
Follow directions given through a headset selection system.
Flexible scheduling is necessary to meet member needs, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Environmental Job Conditions:
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, bending, and squatting regularly in a refrigerated warehouse setting.
Able to grasp, reach, push, or pull products as necessary.
Work safely at heights up to 36 feet to address any issues with dumped pallets.
Build pallets up to 6 feet tall with case weights of up to 50 lbs.
Should have endurance for continuous fast-paced work.
Be prepared for fluctuating temperatures, including freezing conditions as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit.
Must wear appropriate PPE such as steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, and insulated clothing.
Products may contain allergens; be aware of this in your work environment.
Operate equipment safely (e.g., computers, handheld trackers, scanners) after receiving appropriate training.
In compliance with Pay Transparency requirements, the pay range for this position starts at $25.50 per hour, varying based on factors like location, education, experience, and qualifications.
