Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic partner to our Corporate Functions (Legal, IT, Finance, Marketing), collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver proactive, high-quality HR support that aligns with business goals, enhances team performance, and meets the evolving needs of the business. This role will also support HR projects, helping us deliver strategic initiatives for the business.
This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office location in Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as a trusted advisor by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the business, current and future priorities, competition, and culture
Supports recruitment activities across the business as we continue to grow our team in support of current and future requirements
Provides hands-on and strategic support, insight, and coaching with respect to employee relations, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more
Guides leaders in identifying and building talent programs and pipelines to ensure that we have the right people in place at the right time to deliver on our business priorities
Works closely with employees and leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and improve retention
Supports organizational change by providing proactive guidance to leaders as well as recommended change management solutions
Leverages data analytics to drive people strategy
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations in partnership with key stakeholders
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

Solid experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a 4 year accredited college or university is required.
5+ years of HR generalist experience in a large, complex organization.
Experience supporting HR projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
