Sanitation Team Member - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sanitation team to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for our food products. Purpose of the Role The Sanitation Team Member plays a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment through effective equipment cleaning and sanitation measures. Key Responsibilities Disassemble and set up production equipment, ensuring effective cleaning with COP and CIP systems. Verify the cleanliness and proper setup of all equipment. Handle inventory of sanitation supplies and monitor chemical concentrations in CIP systems. Document cleaning and sanitation processes accurately. Follow the plant Master Cleaning Schedule to maintain hygienic standards. Assist in the training of new associates, sharing essential sanitation skills. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to GMP and safety guidelines. Utilize Rich’s SCADA system for operations and paperwork completion. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Lead. Engage in cross-training opportunities within the plant as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to train other associates in sanitation operations. Proven ability to work effectively in a self-directed team environment. Familiarity with Rich's SCADA system is preferred. Knowledge of safety guidelines and food safety practices. Understanding of machine operating and adjusting procedures.
