Job Opportunity: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with over 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial data to assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting roles, preferably in senior or managerial positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
