Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation in the Dallas market, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in ground-up commercial projects, including grocery stores, big box retail, and select healthcare facilities, this contractor offers a solid pipeline of high-profile work and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial projects (grocery, big box, or healthcare experience preferred).
- Proven track record of strong, consistent tenures with previous employers – stability is a must.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
