You are hired as an assistant manager for Domino's Pizza. It is a leadership role requiring judgment, math ability, multitasking, and the capacity to lead a team to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to schedule, store image and standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis. Training is provided on the job. Communicate effectively: understand and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Ability to perform essential math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately; make correct monetary change. Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigate to locations within the designated delivery area; read maps and locate addresses; deliver to multi-story buildings and other sites while carrying product. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions, indoor temperatures ranging from cool to hot, and exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and other typical kitchen and delivery environments. Tasks may involve using hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. May require driving and delivering in diverse conditions. Depth perception and vision requirements apply for driving and operational tasks. Qualifications
