$350 million in annual revenue , is entering its next phase of growth and transformation. The company has a strong operational foundation, a loyal customer base, and a proven product/service offering. With significant opportunities for scaling, operational optimization, and value creation, the organization is seeking a visionary CEO to lead the next chapter of growth and position the company for long-term success. Position Overview The CEO will serve as the senior-most leader of the organization, reporting directly to the private equity sponsor and board of directors. This executive will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic plan, scaling operations, and achieving both near-term performance targets and long-term enterprise value creation. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and execution-oriented leader who thrives in private equity–backed environments, brings a proven track record of leading organizations at scale, and has the ability to balance strategic vision with operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute the company’s growth strategy in partnership with the board and private equity sponsor. Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and margin expansion. Financial Performance:

Drive top-line growth and profitability while managing cost structures and capital allocation. Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team focused on execution and accountability. Customer & Market Expansion:

Strengthen customer relationships, expand into new markets, and evaluate new product/service offerings. M&A Execution:

Lead acquisition strategy, including identification, diligence, and integration of strategic add-ons. Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary liaison with private equity sponsors, board members, and external stakeholders. Culture & Vision:

Establish a strong, performance-driven culture aligned with the company’s mission and long-term vision. Qualifications Proven track record as a CEO, President, or senior P&L leader in a company with revenues of $200M+. Experience in a private equity–backed environment, with a demonstrated ability to scale and create enterprise value. Strong operational and financial acumen with a focus on margin expansion, growth, and capital efficiency. Demonstrated success in building and leading executive teams. Experience in driving organic growth as well as M&A execution and integration. Excellent communication skills with executive presence and the ability to engage effectively with the board, investors, and employees. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range:

$300,000 – $350,000 Performance-based bonus tied to company and individual performance Equity participation aligned with long-term value creation Comprehensive benefits package
