The organization is well-positioned to scale through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, making this a compelling opportunity for an experienced executive leader. Position Overview The CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the business, reporting directly to the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors. This executive will be responsible for driving performance, scaling operations, and leading the company through a period of accelerated growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in PE-backed environments, balancing strategic vision with execution discipline. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

— Define and execute the company’s growth strategy in alignment with investor objectives. Operational Excellence

— Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive margin expansion across multiple service lines and regions. Executive Team Development

— Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Growth & Expansion

— Lead organic initiatives and pursue add-on acquisitions to broaden service capabilities and market reach. Financial Stewardship

— Oversee full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Stakeholder Engagement

— Serve as the primary interface with the private equity sponsor, Board of Directors, customers, and key external stakeholders. Customer & Market Focus

— Maintain and expand strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to penetrate new markets and verticals. Qualifications Proven track record as a CEO, President, or senior executive in a mid-market, operationally complex business ($100M ). Experience in specialty services, industrial services, facilities services, or related industries strongly preferred. Prior success working in private equity–backed settings with a history of scaling businesses and driving EBITDA growth. Strong financial acumen with direct P&L ownership and capital allocation experience. High-integrity, execution-oriented leadership style with the ability to inspire and align teams.
