We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Systems Manager (Applications) to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our core enterprise applications, including Microsoft Fabric, Coupa, UKG, and Sage. This highly visible role will be instrumental in shaping how technology supports and scales our operations across finance, people, procurement, and data management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving system improvements, managing cross-functional initiatives, and aligning technology solutions with business goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our applications deliver efficiency, insight, and innovation that power growth and operational excellence. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications including configuration, upgrades, integration, and performance. Develop and maintain application roadmaps that support long-term growth and innovation. Translate business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and enhancements that drive operational excellence. Manage and prioritize application backlogs, balancing immediate wins with scalable, long-term innovation. Partner with engineers, functional leaders, and vendors to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope. Monitor application usage, adoption, and performance metrics—driving continuous improvement and user satisfaction. Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, SLAs, and support escalations. Ensure seamless data and process flows across Microsoft Fabric, Coupa, UKG, and Sage through well-architected integration strategies. Champion user enablement, adoption, and engagement with tailored training and support initiatives. Stay ahead of product updates, releases, and industry trends to proactively recommend and implement enhancements. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Proven track record managing enterprise applications, with expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Coupa, UKG, and Sage. Strong understanding of finance, HR, procurement, and data business processes. Exceptional ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes. Skilled in stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated success in driving adoption, change management, and user satisfaction. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Coupa (procurement/expense), UKG (HR/workforce management), and Sage (finance/ERP). Strong understanding of application governance, security, integrations, and compliance in cloud-based solutions. Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Coupa, UKG, or Sage. Background in data engineering, ERP/HRIS/Procurement systems, or enterprise analytics. Competencies

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs) for event or team meeting support. Ability to participate in onsite meetings, employee engagements, and field visits, which may involve walking job sites or standing for extended periods. Travel Requirements
