Ready to lead the next wave of soccer innovation? We’re looking for a General Manager with grit to lead our TOCA Soccer Training Facility. You’ll be the MVP in creating epic training experiences, keeping the vibe fresh, and achieving KPIs across the board. Role Scope & Responsibilities
People: Leadership & Team Development (30%)
Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to scout, recruit, and build a high-caliber team. Coach, inspire, and lead your team, fostering a culture where every member is valued and motivated. Engage the team to minimize turnover and maintain a growth-oriented, engaging work environment. Process & Product: Center Operations (50%)
Oversee day-to-day operations to keep the center clean, organized, and guest-ready. Lead coaches and front-desk staff to deliver a high-energy, guest-first experience. Recruit, schedule, and coordinate training sessions and guest services. Design and implement maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top condition. Drive a guest-centric mindset and address concerns with effective service. Track and improve KPIs related to facility upkeep, guest satisfaction, and revenue. Performance: Community Marketing & Sales Enablement (20%)
Deliver a great guest experience and support conversion targets. Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive acquisition and retention. Represent TOCA in the local soccer community and build partnerships that fuel growth. TOCA Culture

3-5 years of operations leadership experience; bonus if in sports, retail, or hospitality. Strong ability to juggle schedules and keep operations smooth. Passion for people and sports; ability to connect and build community. Willingness to work non-traditional hours as soccer action happens outside standard times. Physical stamina to handle lifting, moving, and being on your feet. Strong financial sense and ability to assess impact on the bottom line. Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a welcoming environment aligned with TOCA’s vibe.
